Special (Covid-19) Corona Virus Announcement!
( with effect from 13th March 2020 until further notice )

Due to the Corona Virus global impact, we have had to make some critical unforeseen amendments to our shipping and returns policies. These conditions and notices are addenda's to the below. 

A) All deliveries may be subject to being delayed beyond our control and our parcel carriers control. Some flights globally have been cancelled which impacts deliveries. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive on time.

B) Australia Post have amended there delivery method to no contact delivery, therefore Australia Post in Australia will knock and drop your parcel at the front door to ensure there workforce remains safe. In this case customer automatically accepts the risk of theft of item at your delivery address.

C) If you have contracted the Corona Virus and need to return an order, you must return such order 2 weeks from being virus free. We ask you be responsible.

Expected Delivery Time Frames

Australia Delivery Time Frames - 7 Days to 14 days
New Zealand Time Frames - 7 Days to 16 days
Perth Delivery Time Frames - 3 days to 8 days.
Remote NT and Kimberley Communities - Upto 30 days
United States Of America - 14 Days to 42 Days
United Kingdom - 14 Days to 42 Days
Rest of The World - 14 Days to 45 Days

General Information

All orders are processed during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once you make an order, Fancaps will send you an order confirmation followed by a dispatch notification complete with tracking information. Orders may take upto 2 business days to process depending on time of year eg, Christmas and Easter plus including special events and promotions.

Australian Domestic Orders

Shipping time frames within Australia is approximately 7 - 14 Days. 

International Orders

We use Australia Post for all our international orders. We don’t ship to international armed forces, freight forwarders or international PO boxes. All International orders will be sent which will require a customers signature, this is due to Australia Post not tracking parcels without a signature for international parcels.

International orders from Fancaps are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Please list any specific instructions for delivery when placing your order online, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.


Taxes / Duties and Charges on orders may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused and or not collected, this delivery is then surrendered and forfeited to the authorities of your country. If this occurs Fancaps will not be liable for any charges, customer will absorb all costs. We have no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country. We will not mark your purchase or order as a "Gift" or "Sample" to avoid these mandatory taxes. Honesty is the best policy we trade and abide by at Fancaps. All duties and custom taxes are customers responsibility. We will not absorb such fees!

Returns For All Customers

You can return items purchased if they are damaged or incorrect. All returns must also be received within 15 days of the original purchase date.

If you purchased online, we will issue a refund once we have received the items back and have processed your request. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as your original payment and include the cost of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only. 

You can return an online purchase to our postal address. Please remember to ask for a receipt as proof of return and to track your delivery. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process by you. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.

We will notify you by email once we have processed your refund. It will then take an additional 4–5 business days for the refund to show in your account. Refunds may take longer to process during sales periods and for international returns including any Paypal refund. We do not return or exchange Gift Cards.

Products must be in original condition as sent to you in new and undamaged state. Any signs of damage of any kind, this returns policy will be void. All packaging and tags and or stickers must be in original as received and in resalable state. If a return fails to meet this, Fancaps reserves the right to reject your claim. This includes tags that have been cut from product.

Underwear - Due to health regulations, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on any lingerie or underwear products. Please choose carefully as we cannot honor a return.

We cannot honor any returns based on customer changing their minds for any reason.

We cannot honor or accept returns based on customers canceling an order due to product arriving late. This includes, regardless if the customer believes item should arrive quicker than reasonable time allows.

Fancaps will not accept returns or refunds based on our postal carrier delays of any reason including due to national or international emergencies, bush fires, natural occurrences and events, corona virus or virus outbreaks.

If we however accept to receive a return and Fancaps is not at fault, customer must pay ALL RETURN POSTAGE COSTS. Products must be in original condition as sent and must have labels attached. If items don't comply and are missing, your item doesn't qualify for return. We must be able to resell the item!

For all Return Items where the customer has decided to return due to purchasing incorrect size or any other decision other than Fancaps fault or damaged stock or incorrect item picked, Fancaps will charge a $5 Processing Restocking Fee. This entails us to clerically receive items, amend inventory and send back into warehouse for restocking!
