Shipping & Returns


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We will not be responsible for shipping delays by freight companies.

International Orders

We use Australia Post for all our international orders. We don’t ship to international armed forces, freight forwarders or international PO boxes. All International orders will be sent which will require a customers signature, this is due to Australia Post not tracking parcels without a signature for international parcels.

International orders from www.fancaps.com.au are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). The exchange rate is determined by international credit-card providers or banks, who may add an additional processing or administration charge. The international credit-card holder is liable for this. These delivery time frames include the processing of your order and the time it takes for our delivery partners to get your order to you.Please list any specific instructions for delivery when placing your order online.

Customs

Custom fees and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer. Shaun Jones has no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country.

Returns

You can return items purchased if they are damaged or incorrect. All returns must also be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.
If you purchased online, we will issue a refund once we have received the items and have processed your request. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as your original payment and include the cost of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.

You can return an online purchase to our postal address once we advise you of our return address. Please remember to ask for a receipt as proof of return and to track your delivery. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process by you. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.

We will notify you by email once we have processed your refund. It will then take an additional 4–5 business days for the refund to show in your account. Refunds may take longer to process during sales periods and for international returns. We do not return or exchange Gift Cards.

Products must be in original condition as sent to you in new and undamaged state. Any signs of damage of any kind, will this returns policy be void. All packaging and tags and or stickers must be in original as received and in resalable state. If a return fails to meet this, fancaps reserves the right to reject your claim.

Underwear - Due to health regulations, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on any lingerie or underwear products. Please choose carefully as we cannot honour a return.

International Orders Conditions

On international orders, we offer a refund for damaged, faulty, incorrect items received, however, we will not reimburse the cost of international return shipping, or accept liability for customs duties or taxes. Before returning a damaged, faulty or *incorrect item please contact us to discuss. Please note we do not offer exchanges for international orders. If an alternative product is required, you will have to place a separate order for this.

You can return an item by post using any international postal service or courier. We recommend you mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid customs delays. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the shipping process. You will need to contact your chosen courier to locate your parcel.

It can take up to 31 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for international returns to be received by our warehouse. Please also allow three business days from the date of receipt for your return to be reflected in our system.

We will send an email to confirm your refund. It will then take up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your account. Refunds may take longer to process during sales periods or if they fall close to a public holiday.
