Corona Virus (Covid-19)



Due to the Corona Virus outbreak, Fancaps have made some changes to our business operations. This is inline with Australian Government and International authorities.

Christmas Delivery Times

With Covid and the severe pressure which has been placed on our transport and delivery operators such as Australia Post, we still cannot guarantee your order arrives by Christmas. So we are informing customers that, the more time you allow, the better result of receiving your gift before Christmas. 

In Brief - 

International Expected Delivery Time Frames - All International Orders Now Suspended
Australian Delivery Time Frames - 7 Days to 28 days
Perth Delivery Time Frames - 6 days to 9days.
Remote NT and Kimberley Communities - Upto 30 Days

We have made changes to our shipping policies which applies to all deliveries in Australia and outside of Australia.

Australia Post Information -

1. All countries including Australia have SEVERE delays by postal carriers which is caused by the corona virus impact on services. Any delay is not an impact caused by retailers and we ask for customers patience. 

2. Australia Post have put mandatory policies in place for zero contact for deliveries. This means no human contact. So we have removed signature required on all deliveries. Australia Post will knock and leave item at front door. Customers unfortunately will need to comply and automatically accept Risk of Items. Fancaps cannot absorb claims for items not received. 

3. Due to this global pandemic, we are unable to receive returns on All Clothing due to incorrect sizes purchased or change of mind. We are usually flexible with this arrangement, but we unfortunately need to protect our staff from any contamination of clothing goods handling.

4. If you have been effected by the Corona Virus and need to return a purchase, we ask you return such items a month after your last day of full recovery. Please communicate with us for further instructions. All returns still are subject to our returns policy.

5. Some countries have made cancellations to flights which have effected and impacted on customers orders. We ask for customers to show patience and empathy during this time. Your order will be received, we are just not in the position to guarantee time frame.

If you are not satisfied with these changes, thank you for viewing our online shop and operations, we hope to see you after the Corona Virus has passed.

Our postal carriers are working tirelessly and best to their abilities during this challenging period. I must also advise, we will not tolerate any customers aggression over ANY delivery delays. These times are very challenging and we ask people to show sympathy, empathy and patience.
